The Smith can accommodate a meeting of 20 or a conference of 1,400.

Rental Rates include:
Cleaned, heated or air-cooled theatre, house lighting, basic sound
system and volunteer event staff.
Labor
and equipment requirements vary for each performance and, therefore,
are not included in the rental rate. We can provide your organization
with an estimate of in-house labor and equipment costs based upon
your particular needs.

$1,500 per day.
Box Office Services available for $500 per show.
Not-for-Profit Organizations -
$500 per day.

and Other Special Events -
