Plein Air Painting Class Offered at Sonnenberg

Plein Air is a French expression meaning "in open air" and is used to describe the act of painting outdoors.  Award-winning Plein Air painter Brande Arno (http://www.sundaydrivepaintings.com) will lead five Plein Air Painting Classes on the grounds of Sonnenberg this season.  Participants may register for a single class or the entire series.  Class size is limited to 10 students per class.  Supply lists will be available upon registration.  Class fee includes general admission to Sonnenberg (does not include special events).  Class will be held inside in case of inclement weather.  Class dates are Saturday, June 26th; Friday, July 16th; Saturday, August 7th; Saturday, September 18th; and Saturday, October 2nd.  9:30 am-3:30 pm (students should bring a bag lunch).  Cost is $85 per class ($400 for series); for members $75 per class, $350 for series.  The registration deadline is one week before each class (June 19th is the registration deadline for the class scheduled for June 26th).  www.sonnenberg.org.
