Stained Glass Class

Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park, 151 Charlotte St., Canandaigua.  Fans of artwork, glass, and handmade crafts are invited to sign-up now for a 6-week workshop to learn how to create stained-glass art.  Classes, which are limited to just 15 people per session, will be held from 6-9 pm Wednesday nights, at the Carriage House at Sonnenberg Gardens in Canandaigua, starting Sept. 15 through Oct. 20.  Instructor Jim Ingalls, longtime Sonnenberg volunteer and member of the Friends of Sonnenberg committee council, has 11 years experience in the craft and will direct class members as they work on stepping stones, sun catchers, window displays and more.  The fee for the class is $60 per person, and includes materials.  The fee may be paid in advance or on the first night of instruction.  To register, and for directions to the Carriage House on Sonnenberg grounds, call 585-394-4922.
